These terms cover everything bought from webxhut: finished directory websites, commissioned builds, hosting and domain names. Hosting and domains are ordered and billed through our client area at https://my.webxhut.com/, and the terms shown there at checkout also apply.
Who we are
webxhut is a trading name of Oksana Khimich. Address: 17 Surrey Street, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 3BY. Email: sales@webxhut.com.
Directory websites
- You are buying a website with starter listings drawn from the public source named on the site. You are not buying a contact list, leads or data for any other use.
- Figures shown for a site, such as listings, pages and Search Console data, are taken from the site itself on the date shown. Past search traffic is not a promise of future traffic or income.
- By buying a finished directory website you agree that we start work on handing it over immediately. Your 14-day right to cancel therefore ends when the site is handed over to you.
- On handover we add you as Owner of the site’s Search Console property and then remove ourselves.
- You choose at handover between hosting with us and a free move-out to your own host. The free move-out means we hand over the site’s files and database, or move the site to your host, if you ask within 30 days of handover.
- Sites are built without premium plugins, so nothing needs a paid licence after handover.
Commissioned builds
Each commission is quoted in writing before work starts. It is paid 50% as a deposit and 50% on handover, and includes 2 rounds of review.
Hosting
- Hosting is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Support is by ticket from the client area. There is no telephone support.
- Moving an existing site in is a paid extra and is quoted separately.
- Hosting is suspended if an invoice is 14 days overdue.
- To cancel hosting, give 30 days’ notice from the client area.
- You must not use our hosting for illegal content, spam, malware, phishing or anything that infringes copyright, or for anything that breaks 20i’s acceptable use policy. If a service does, we can suspend it, and we will tell you why.
Refunds and cancellation
