Hosting
Hosting is fully refundable if you cancel within 14 days of ordering. After that there is no refund for unused time. To cancel, give 30 days’ notice from your client area at https://my.webxhut.com/.
Domain names
Domain names are not refundable once registered.
Directory websites
When you buy a directory website, you agree that we start work on handing it over straight away. Your 14-day right to cancel therefore ends when the site is handed over to you.
Commissioned builds
A commission is paid 50% as a deposit and 50% on handover. The deposit is not refundable once work has started. If a commission stops part-way, you pay for the stages completed.
To ask about a refund, email accounts@webxhut.com.
