- Demand first. Before anything is built, we check the niche and the area against keyword data. If people aren’t searching for it, we don’t build it.
- Official data, never scraped. Listings come from public sources such as state licensing registers, checked against the source’s terms and credited on the site. Never from Google Maps.
- Built to be found. Categories and city pages give every search its own page, not just a filter on one big list.
- Handed over properly. You’re added as the Owner of the site’s Search Console account, so its search history comes with it. Then you choose: stay on our hosting, or take a free move to your own host.
