You can use whichever programming languages and frameworks you like. Please get in touch if you want to double check if specific legacy versions are supported.
Should I pick Windows or Linux?
Right now we are only doing linux packages as Linux is the industry standard and supports a wider range of languages and software. team.

How do I install WordPress?
We pre-install WordPress for you so you can get started right away. Simply purchase a WordPress package, choose your settings, and you’re all set.
I have an existing WordPress website hosted with another provider, can I transfer it to you?
Yes, we have several different migration options so you can migrate your existing WordPress website to us with minimal fuss straight from your control panel or WordPress dashboard.
Can I install software that isn’t WordPress?
To keep our WordPress platform at optimal performance, we only allow WordPress to be installed. You’re still free to write, add and modify WordPress-compatible code and files, such as themes, plugins, media uploads etc. You’ll also have full access to mailboxes and email accounts outside WordPress. If you think you may want to create a non-WordPress website or install/upload something outside WordPress, our standard Web Hosting plans are a better choice. With our standard plans you can run any software you like and choose from 70+ one-click installs directly from your control panel.
Do I still need to update WordPress?
We update the WordPress core for you automatically whenever updates are released. If you install any third party themes or plugins, you’ll need to update them yourself from your WordPress dashboard.

Domain Name
When will my domain name be live?
Domains are registered at registry level as soon as you complete the checkout process with us. It can take up to 72 hours for a domain name to become visible on the internet as it globally updates. This applies for all domain names regardless of extension or registrar. However, in the majority of cases your domain name will be live within a few hours.
You don’t have to buy web hosting with us, but we strongly recommend it to take advantage of our powerful hosting platforms and seamless, trouble-free services that have all been carefully developed to work well together. You can find out more about our web hosting plans on our Web Hosting page.
You own your domain name and therefore have full rights and control over it; we never register customer domains in our name.
How do I renew my domain name once the time I bought it for has finished?
Your domain name is set to renew automatically so you don’t have to worry about remembering it yourself! If you prefer not to auto-renew, you can change this from your control panel.

SSL Certificates
How do I activate my SSL certificate?
After purchasing it, you’ll get an email to the administrator email address for your domain to confirm your certificate. Simply click the link to confirm your registration.
Should I get a Free SSL, Standard SSL or an Extended SSL?
Research from Verisign has shown that up to 93% of visitors are put off buying if a website doesn’t have the expected ‘green bar’ (only available with our Extended SSL). If you’re serious about your business, especially if you run an ecommerce store, an Extended SSL is the way to go. If payments aren’t a central part of your business but you still request or private details, such as login information, a Free or Simple SSL with its accompanying padlock is fine.
Do I need web hosting to buy an SSL?
